MOD menu on cod 4 please

can someone please either explain how i can or give me the host mod menu on cod 4

The mod menu's are not infectable yet i don't know if they will be infectable but they arn't at the moment the only person who can use it if the person with the JTAG( host ) and they change the stuff around in the lobby like slow motion super speed and stuff like that. Hope if i helped.

mod menus are not infectable atm i dont think Crying or Very sad
